Privacy
Last updated 1 November 2026.
The data described here is held by Staden Sistemas Ltda., Brazil, the publisher of Atenue VR and operator of atenue.com. This is a plain-language summary of what we collect and why.
What we store
- Account: your sign-in is handled by Clerk. We keep your Clerk user id and email address so we can show you your purchase and so the payment provider can send a receipt.
- Purchase: the transaction id, amount, currency, date, refund status and which provider took the payment. Card or PayPal details never reach us; Xsolla or Paddle is the merchant of record, depending on the checkout you chose.
- Activated PCs: a one-way hash of the PC's machine id, the PC name reported by Windows, and when it last checked in. Used for the 5-PC limit and the "Remove" button on your account page.
- Play time: a running total of minutes flown, used only for the refund policy.
- Logs: the IP address of a request is used for rate limiting and kept for at most two days.
What we do not do
- No analytics, tracking pixels or advertising on this site or in the game.
- Nothing about what you do inside the game is sent to us, apart from the minutes-flown counter.
- We do not sell or share your data, except with Clerk (sign-in), Xsolla or Paddle (payment) and Cloudflare (hosting) as needed to provide the service.
Meta Quest
The standalone Quest version uses your Meta account for the ownership check and sends nothing to atenue.com.
Your choices
You can remove activated PCs from your account page at any time. To delete your account and its data, email [email protected] from the address on the account; purchase records are kept as long as the law on invoices requires.
