Refund policy
Applies to the PC VR version bought on atenue.com from Staden Sistemas Ltda. Last updated 1 November 2026.
The short version
You can get a full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have played less than 2 hours. Request it from your account page; no email needed.
How it works
- Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Xsolla or Paddle depending on the checkout you picked. They issue the refund to the payment method you used; it usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
- Play time is what the game reports to us while you fly (the menus do not count). You can see the current figure on your account page.
- Once the refund is processed, the licence is removed from your account and the game asks for a sign-in again on every PC. You keep the installer, but it will not run without a licence.
- One refund per account. An account that was refunded can buy the game again later.
Outside the policy
If you are over the 14 days or the 2 hours but something is genuinely wrong (for example the game does not start on hardware that meets the requirements), write to [email protected] with your receipt. We will look at it case by case, and we would rather fix the problem than keep money for a game you cannot play.
Meta Quest
The standalone Quest version is sold by Meta. Refunds for it follow the Meta Horizon Store refund policy and are requested from your Meta account, not from us.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where that law gives you more than this policy, the law applies.
