Who we are

Atenue VR and the website atenue.com are published and operated by Staden Sistemas Ltda., a company registered in Brazil ("Atenue", "we"). These terms are an agreement between you and Staden Sistemas Ltda. about the use of the game and of this site.

The licence

Buying Atenue VR gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and play the PC VR version on up to 5 PCs you own, for as long as the service exists. You do not buy the software itself. The Meta Quest version is licensed to you by Meta under the Horizon Store terms.

Accounts and activation

• One licence per account; please do not share accounts or activation codes.
• The game checks its licence with our servers about once a month. If we ever shut the service down we will release an update that removes the check first.
• Tampering with the licence check, or running a copy that was not obtained through this site or the Horizon Store, may make the game behave unpredictably. We will not support such copies.

Payments and refunds

The payment provider shown at checkout (Xsolla or Paddle) is the merchant of record and your contract of sale is with them. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Safety

Atenue VR is a training aid, not a substitute for real-world flight training or for the rules that apply to flying drones where you live. Fly VR in a clear space, take breaks, and stop if you feel unwell.

Warranty and liability

The game is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for losses arising from its use, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
